1/8 Ceramic Pressure Nozzle Kit (Allsource) (3pk)

The 1/8″ Allsource kit is used for small to medium part blasting on Allsource blasters 41001, 41002, and 41003. At 15 CFM and 80 PSI, it covers 1 to 1.5 sq ft/min. Suited to brackets, small castings, bicycle frames, and general light production work on Allsource blasting equipment.

The Allsource kit has 3 nozzles for Allsource blasters 41001-41003. The ALC 2-pack has 2 nozzles for ALC pressure blasters. They are not interchangeable - thread dimensions and bore specs are matched to each blaster brand. Always match the nozzle brand to your blaster model before ordering.

The 1/8″ Allsource nozzle draws 15 CFM at 80 PSI. A 7 to 10 HP two-stage compressor sustains this bore in production. Single-stage compressors typically cannot maintain 15 CFM at 80 PSI during sustained blasting, causing pressure drops that reduce media flow and blast coverage per pass.

Three nozzles per pack means two full replacement cycles before reordering. Shops using 1/8″ as their primary Allsource nozzle go through replacements regularly. The 3-pack reduces ordering frequency and keeps a replacement in stock - no delay when the working nozzle wears out mid-production.

Replace the 1/8″ nozzle when blast output drops without a pressure change, when the bore shows visible widening, or when the blast pattern becomes uneven. Ceramic wear is gradual. Compare blast coverage per pass over time - shrinkage signals a worn bore before it is obvious under inspection.
