1/8 Ceramic Pressure Nozzle Kit For Pressure Pot Blasters

Small shops that run the 1/8″ as their standard blasting nozzle benefit most. It is the entry-level production nozzle for shops with 7 to 10 HP compressors. Using it as the primary size means regular wear - the 2-pack ensures a ready replacement is always stocked without a separate reorder trip.

The kit includes 2 ceramic 1/8″ nozzles and 1 nozzle washer. Replace the washer each time the nozzle is swapped - it compresses under the nozzle nut cap and does not seal correctly after removal. A new washer with each nozzle change prevents abrasive leakage around the fitting.

The 1/8″ nozzle draws 15 CFM at 80 PSI. A 7 to 10 HP two-stage compressor sustains this size in production. Single-stage compressors typically cannot maintain 15 CFM at 80 PSI during sustained blasting, causing pressure drops that reduce media throughput and blast pattern consistency.

Swap when blast coverage per pass shrinks noticeably, when the bore shows visible widening, or when throughput drops below 150 lbs/hr at standard operating pressure. A worn 1/8″ nozzle behaves like a larger bore before you see the physical wear - compare blast area per pass over time.

Yes. The kit includes 1 nozzle washer alongside the 2 ceramic nozzles. The washer seals the nozzle under the nut cap. For shops replacing nozzles frequently, order additional washers separately to ensure a fresh washer is available for every nozzle change without interrupting work.
