13/64 ALC Ceramic Siphon Blaster Nozzle (Small)

The 13/64″ Small bore suits precision siphon cabinet work: small parts, jewelry, delicate castings, and fine surface cleaning where a 1/4″ or 5/16″ bore removes material too quickly. At 7 CFM, it delivers low-throughput blasting for applications where precision matters more than coverage speed.

Replace the nozzle alone when the bore shows wear but the air jet is undamaged and still draws media consistently. If the air jet also shows wear, replace both from a matched kit. Fitting a new nozzle with a worn air jet does not fully restore media draw or siphon blast performance.

Ceramic outlasts steel under continuous abrasive media wear at the same bore size. The 13/64″ ceramic nozzle is the better choice for extended siphon cabinet sessions where media wear is the primary concern. Choose steel if the nozzle risks impact damage from drops or rough handling in the cabinet.

The 13/64″ Small draws 7 CFM for precise, low-throughput siphon blasting. The 1/4″ Medium draws 15 CFM for general-purpose cabinet work with more coverage per pass. Choose 13/64″ for small delicate parts. Choose 1/4″ when you need faster coverage on medium-size cabinet work.

The ALC 13/64″ siphon nozzle pairs with the 5/16″ ALC siphon air jet. The jet must match the nozzle bore for correct clearance that drives media vacuum in the siphon assembly. Using a non-matching air jet changes the clearance and reduces media draw even if the nozzle itself is undamaged.
