13/64 Ceramic Siphon Blaster Nozzle Kit (Small)

The 13/64″ bore is the smallest siphon nozzle kit in the ALC range, suited for precision cabinet work: small parts, jewelry, model components, and light surface cleaning. At 7 CFM, it provides controlled, low-throughput blasting where larger bores remove material too aggressively or too quickly.

The kit includes 2 ceramic nozzles, 1 air jet, 1 air jet washer, and 1 wrench. The air jet is pre-matched to the 13/64″ nozzle for correct clearance. Replacing the nozzle and air jet together as a kit restores the vacuum draw to factory performance levels in the siphon cabinet.

The air jet creates the vacuum that draws media in a siphon cabinet. If the jet wears or jet-to-nozzle clearance changes, media draw drops even if the nozzle is undamaged. Replacing both from the matched kit restores correct clearance and consistent media draw through the siphon assembly.

The 13/64″ Small kit uses 7 CFM for controlled, precise blasting at low throughput. The 1/4″ Medium kit uses 15 CFM for faster coverage on larger cabinet work. Choose 13/64″ for small parts and precision applications. Choose 1/4″ when you need more coverage speed in the ALC siphon cabinet.

Replace the kit when blast output drops without a pressure change, when the bore shows visible wear, or when media draw becomes inconsistent. Inspect the air jet at the same time - a worn jet reduces vacuum and causes the same symptoms as a worn nozzle at this small bore size.
