3/16 Ceramic Pressure Nozzle Kit (Allsource) (3pk)

The 3/16″ kit fits Allsource pressure pot blasters 41001, 41002, and 41003. Not compatible with ALC-brand pressure pot blasters. Verify your model is in the 41001-41003 range before ordering. Thread dimensions are Allsource-specific - cross-brand use will not seal properly during blasting.

The 3/16″ draws 30 CFM and covers more surface per pass than the 1/8″ (15 CFM) and 9/64″ (20 CFM) Allsource sizes. Choose 3/16″ when you need faster blast coverage on larger parts in your Allsource blaster. Requires a compressor that sustains 30 CFM at 80 PSI without pressure cycling.

The 3/16″ Allsource nozzle draws 30 CFM at 80 PSI. A 10 to 15 HP two-stage compressor sustains this bore in production. If your compressor cycles on during blasting at this size, its sustained output is below 30 CFM - use the 9/64″ or 1/8″ Allsource size instead.

Three nozzles cover two full replacement cycles before reordering. For shops running 3/16″ as their primary Allsource size, the 3-pack ensures the correct replacement is always in stock. At 30 CFM, wear accumulates faster than smaller bores - more replacements per order reduces production downtime.

Replace the 3/16″ nozzle when blast coverage per pass drops, when the bore shows visible widening, or when throughput falls at standard pressure. Inspect after every 30 to 40 hours of blasting. Ceramic wear at this bore is gradual but consistent in regular Allsource production use.
