3/32 Ceramic Pressure Nozzle Kit For Pressure Pot Blasters

The 3/32″ is used for precision detail work where stopping mid-job to reorder disrupts intricate restoration or small-part blasting. The 2-pack stages a replacement before the working nozzle fails. One nozzle in the blaster, one stored - no production stop when replacement is needed.

The 3/32″ 2-pack includes 2 ceramic nozzles and 1 nozzle washer. The washer seals the nozzle against the pressure pot housing under the nozzle nut cap. Replace the washer each time the nozzle is swapped to maintain a proper seal and prevent abrasive leakage around the nozzle fitting.

Each nozzle in the kit draws 7 CFM at 80 PSI. A 5 HP single-stage compressor sustains the 3/32″ bore continuously. The low CFM demand makes this the only pressure nozzle size in the ALC line that standard workshop compressors can run continuously without cycling during a blast session.

Swap the 3/32″ nozzle when blast output drops without a pressure change, when the bore shows visible widening, or when the blast pattern scatters. At this small bore, track bore shape as well as diameter - uneven wear affects blast accuracy before diameter change is obvious under inspection.

Buying a 2-pack covers the current nozzle and one replacement, removing a reorder step when the first nozzle wears. For shops running 3/32″ as their primary nozzle, the 2-pack reduces ordering frequency and ensures the correct size is always in stock when the working nozzle fails.
