3/32 Ceramic Pressure Nozzle Kit For Pressure Pot Blasters (3pk)

The 3/32″ kit fits Allsource pressure pot blasters 41001, 41002, and 41003. Not designed for ALC-brand blasters. Verify your model number before ordering - the nozzle thread and bore must match the Allsource blaster housing to seal properly and prevent abrasive leakage during blasting.

The 3/32″ bore is the finest available for Allsource blasters, suited for detail work: small fasteners, weld seam cleaning, and tight corners where a larger bore blasts too aggressively. At 6 CFM, it also runs on smaller compressors that larger bore sizes cannot sustain continuously.

Three nozzles per pack means two replacement cycles before the next reorder. For shops running 3/32″ continuously, buying in threes reduces ordering frequency and ensures the correct size is always in stock. Replace when the bore shows wear or blast output drops without a pressure change.

Allsource and ALC nozzles are not interchangeable. Allsource nozzles fit Allsource blasters 41001-41003. ALC nozzles fit ALC pressure blasters. Both use ceramic but are sized to different thread patterns and housing dimensions. Always match the nozzle brand to your blaster brand before ordering.

The 3/32″ Allsource nozzle draws 6 CFM at 80 PSI. A 5 HP single-stage compressor sustains this bore continuously. The low CFM demand makes the 3/32″ the most compressor-friendly size in the Allsource nozzle range, running well on standard workshop compressors without pressure cycling.
