5/16 Steel Siphon Blaster Nozzle Kit (Large)

Choose the steel Large kit when nozzle breakage from drops or rough handling is a concern. Steel resists impact better than ceramic at the 5/16″ bore. The ceramic kit lasts longer under media wear. In rough-handling environments, steel reduces breakage-related replacement costs.

The kit includes 3 steel 5/16″ nozzles, 1 air jet, 1 air jet washer, and 1 wrench. The air jet is matched to the 5/16″ bore for correct clearance. Three steel nozzles are included because steel wears faster than ceramic, providing more service cycles before the next reorder is needed.

The 5/16″ Large steel kit suits maximum-throughput siphon cabinet work: larger automotive parts, panels, and structural components where the 1/4″ Medium is too slow. At 20 CFM and 80 PSI, the 5/16″ delivers the highest media flow in the ALC steel siphon kit range.

The 1/4″ Medium steel kit uses 15 CFM for general siphon cabinet work. The 5/16″ Large steel kit uses 20 CFM for maximum throughput on larger parts. Both include 3 steel nozzles and a matched air jet. Choose 5/16″ when the 1/4″ is too slow for the part size you are blasting in the cabinet.

Replace the 5/16″ steel nozzle when blast output drops without a pressure change, when the bore shows visible widening, or when media draw becomes inconsistent. Steel nozzles wear faster than ceramic at this bore size. Inspect frequently in production and replace the air jet at the same time.
