The 5x5x5 electric powder coat oven is built with double-wall G90 galvanized steel and 6-lb mineral wool, 2100F-rated insulation to maintain accurate temperatures at up to 500F. The 12 Gauge steel floor is heavy-duty enough to protect the floor beneath while allowing easy cart access. Operating on 240V, 52A, single phase, it fits standard single-phase electrical service with no 3-phase infrastructure. The digital PID dual-display provides precise setpoint management and the fiberglass tadpole gasket maintains chamber integrity across full production loads.

Suitable for mid-size production batches including tube frames, door panels, rack-loaded hardware, and medium fabricated assemblies. The recirculating fan keeps temperature variation under 10F across the entire working area for consistent cure quality on every part. Used by custom fabricators, job shops, and production coaters running 3-6 full cure cycles per shift.

Shelves: $195 per kit, includes 4 brackets and 2 shelves 1”x 1” square tube frame, topped with expanded metal for maximum hanging points.

Return Policy - You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return your merchandise. All items should be returned in the original packaging and condition. An (RMA) form should be filled out prior to returning any items. Creative coating solutions will issue a refund after merchandise is received and inspected, less any shipping & handling charges.
