Bottle Blaster - Portable Abrasive Blaster

The bottle blaster works with both abrasives and liquids. You can load it with aluminum oxide, glass bead, soda, or other fine abrasive media for spot blasting. The liquid option allows degreasing or cleaning applications through the same nozzle and pressure system.

The bottle blaster requires 15 CFM at 80 PSI. A standard shop compressor with at least 15 CFM output at 80 PSI will run it continuously. For intermittent use, a smaller compressor with an adequate tank size will work between refill cycles.

It holds one quart of abrasive media or liquid. The quart capacity is sized for small touch-up jobs, detail work, and spot blasting rather than production blasting. Refilling is quick since the bottle is accessible and does not require tools to open or close.

It includes a 1/4" steel nozzle. The steel construction resists wear from abrasive media better than plastic or rubber nozzles. The 1/4" size produces a focused blast pattern suited for detail work, small parts, and precision spot cleaning on surfaces.
