CFP 88LP Fire Suppression System With Pressure Switch
The CFP 88LP formerly known as the CFP 80LP, is the smallest of our Dry Chemical units. Designed to be installed horizontally and to protect any space that is 4' x 4' x 5' or smaller. The new design of the CFP 88LP also allows for alternative coverage of 3.33' x 3.33" x 8' for a more flexible coverage overall. This unit is ideal for cabinet enclosures, 3D printers or any other small hard to reach location. Our CF-33 dry chemical agent is non-corrosive, non-conductive & non-toxic, making it safe for nearly any application.
Each of our fire suppression units are self-activating. Each unit is designed to initiate automatically by means of a sprinkler head at 155°F (68°C). Other activation temperatures are available such as 135°, 175°, 200°, 286° or 500°F. Higher temperatures custom application systems have a maximum reaction temperature of 1,800°F. The temperature rating for each sprinkler head is stamped on the starshaped deflector is both Fahrenheit and Celsius measurements. The temperature is the sprinkler head is fixed and must be designed at the time of purchase. When the temperature rise is activated this fire suppression unit, the sprinkler head opens automatically and dispenses the entire contents in less than 10 seconds onto the fire and throughout the enclosure being protected. If the unit is equipped with an optional pressure switch, a signal is sent at the time of discharge to activate accessory equipment, such as an alarm.
