This siphon head fits all ALC siphon gun models. ALC is a major manufacturer of blast cabinet guns and this head is a universal replacement across their siphon gun lineup. Verify your gun is a siphon (suction) type, not a pressure type, before ordering this replacement part.

The head includes one 1/4-inch steel nozzle and one 1/8-inch air jet. These are the standard sizes for ALC siphon guns. The steel nozzle resists erosion from abrasive media. The air jet controls the compressed air flow that creates the siphon suction to draw media into the blast stream.

Replace the siphon head when blasting performance drops despite having adequate air pressure and media supply. A worn nozzle creates an oversized bore that reduces blast velocity. A clogged or damaged air jet disrupts the siphon action. If cleaning does not restore performance, install a new head.

Yes. The 1/4-inch nozzle is steel construction for durability against abrasive media flow. Steel nozzles last longer than plastic or ceramic nozzles in most blast cabinet applications. Eventually all nozzles wear from the abrasive passing through them, but steel provides a good service life.
